Breaking New Ground

Poynter faces upcoming challenges posed by the impending State Road 37 transition into the I-69 North expansion: the loss of 4 acres of land and a building, limited access for shipping and receiving, and years of delays caused by construction. These unplanned hurdles prove to be strong catalysts for Poynter’s revitalization, compelling the company to invest in major facility upgrades. Joseph Lansdell locates the prime location in Greenwood, IN.  Poynter breaks ground June 2014 on a new 105,000 SF facility and transfers complete operations during the last two weeks of December 2014 – in a mere 7 months.

Also happening in November of this year, Poynter is honored to be named as a new member of a long standing construction alliance providing services for a Global Pharmaceutical Provider.
