On July 8, 2025, Nathan Shinkle, Vice President of Operations at Poynter, and Zach Piercy, Vice President of Sales, participated in a recent webinar hosted by SMACNA alongside Rivet’s Cedric Kennedy. The discussion centered on the challenges associated with labor management. Poynter began using Rivet in 2025 to enhance labor management on job sites. “We wouldn’t know how many field staff we had until payroll hit,” noted Zach.
A large portion of the webinar talked about Forecasting. This focuses on utilizing our manpower more efficiently and effectively. In addition, better understand labor needs in the future.
